- •Language. English is the official language of the congress.
- •Submission. Abstracts must be submitted online only, through the official submission platform.
- •E-poster presentations. All accepted abstracts are presented as e-posters; detailed instructions for the final version follow by e-mail.
- 1Do not exceed 300 words.
- 2Font Arial, size 11, fully justified.
- 3Submit in .doc / .docx (Word) format.
- 4Title in UPPER CASE.
- 5Body includes background, hypothesis, methods, results, conclusion.
- 6Limited essential bibliography permitted — up to 2 papers.
- 7No names or affiliations in the body — for blind judging.
- 8First name followed by surname, e.g. Andrew Smith.
- 9Affiliation: institution, city, country only.
Submission process
- 1Follow the directions of the online submission process.
- 2Editing is only available in the draft form.
- 3Abstracts will be published exactly as submitted.
Acceptance policy
- 1After submission, changes will not be accepted.
- 2Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be accepted.
- 3Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
- 4Accepted abstracts are presented on condition that the presenting author has paid the registration fee.
- 5Maximum 2 abstracts per presenter.
Terms & conditions
Payment of the registration fee is not associated with acceptance of the abstract. In case of rejection or withdrawal, the registration fee is not reimbursed.
Abstract submission indicates consent for MAST publication in the official programme. You will receive the Scientific Committee’s decision no later than 5 November 2026.
